If you prefer to call, that's not a problem, but please note that we have limited phone hours. We spend every morning in our warehouse packing orders and researching music for our customers, leaving afternoons free to focus on customer service through the telephone. Our regular telephone hours are 1 PM to 5PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
